- Operate the online orientation process

- Generate and deliver your orientation certificate link

- Contact you about your orientation certificate and related orientation notifications (SMS/email if you opt in)

 

## SMS/text messaging

If you opt in to SMS, we use your phone number to send informational messages about your orientation certificate. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

 

We do not sell your phone number. We may share it with service providers who help us deliver messages (e.g., our SMS platform).

 

## Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with vendors who provide services for us (hosting, email/SMS delivery), only as needed to provide the service.

We retain information as needed to operate the club and maintain orientation/compliance records.
